Sempervivum Cassiopea
It is a compact mat forming semp which has thick fleshy leaved green rosettes with a red outer edge. Green leaves flush pink in Spring. Flowers from July to august. It has white tips like twinkling stars in the night sky (hence the name cassiopea)
